The adverts tell us one story about Christmas but we all know it’s not as simple as Turkey’s and happy families. What are your Christmas stories? Did you star in the school play as Mary or Joseph or the donkey? How did your moment in the limelight play out? Was it all you expected? And when you cast your mind back what was your most memorable Christmas gathering and why? Keep those memories alive by sharing the stories in preparation for this year’s big day.

Be it young love, the first time you moved away from home, or when you still believed in Father Christmas, we have all seen the world clouded by naivety. And so, in a culture dominated by scepticism, world-weariness and keeping up appearances it’s refreshing to look back at a time when believing was that bit easier.
